These are in particular the casinos of Vals-les-Bains (Ardèche), Balaruc-les-Bains (Hérault), Briançon (Hautes-Alpes), Leucate (Aude) and Carnac (Morbihan) in which there are many vacancies.
However, it is not just a matter of finding staff, but rather qualified staff. And to ensure the competence and qualification of its potential employees, the Circus group has decided to take the lead and ensure their training. Croupier training at the Cerus Casino Academy
For those who dream of working in ยูฟ่าเบท gaming establishments as croupiers, this training is an opportunity for you. As mentioned above, the purpose of the training of croupiers organized by the Circus group is to find qualified croupiers and table managers in order to meet the staffing needs in its casinos. It will be held from March 1 to May 5 in Vals-Les-Bains, in Ardèche.
Accommodation is at the expense of the Circus group, which will take care of everything. The latter, not doing things by halves, also guarantees a permanent employment contract in his French casinos at the end of the training.
It is a training open to all without distinction. It doesn’t require a degree either. However, the essential condition to be met is of providing a clean criminal record and also having a good sense of logic, and knowing how to manage numbers.
How is the candidate selection process going?
Before being able to take part in this training, candidates must first validate their skills as a croupier. They must also convince recruiters regarding their level of motivation since they will potentially be recruited at the end of the course.
The selection process is done in 4 steps.
The candidate must then:
- Complete the application file, and select the time and date the candidate is available for the interview. Next,
- Access his personal space to enter the necessary information to prepare for his aptitude tests, his interview as well as his exclusive videos. After,
- Pass the aptitude test (which will focus on mental calculation, logic, and memory); and finally,
- Pass the motivation interview (remotely, via Zoom)
What do you need to know about the Cerus Casino Academy dealer training?
For 8 weeks, future croupiers and croupiers will benefit from 100% practical training. They will be able to feel and experience what is done in real casinos. Interns will have the opportunity to benefit from the experience and expertise of professionals in the field. These professionals have years of practice and knowledge behind them, with thousands of trainees trained and already operational in several gaming centers.

They will also learn how to quickly carry out mental calculations as well as the simulation of games. Several table games will be featured during these 2 months of practical training. You have among others: English Roulette, Blackjack, Texas Holdem Poker, Ultimate Poker, and Battle.
You will also have on the menu, games played in gaming clubs such as Poker 21 or Punto Banco. But the latter will only be reserved for trainees who will follow their training in Paris.
Our apprentice croupiers will also have to learn to repeat the technical gestures of the croupier, and the rules of the games, and to work on the repetition of mental calculation. They will also learn to familiarize themselves with the behaviors and good reflexes that a good croupier must-have.
Their evaluation will be done on a weekly basis and will focus on what they have learned during the week. Once they have obtained their diploma, these students will be followed and accompanied in their various positions in the various casinos in France.
